MINDOMO - OUR COLLABORATIVE MAP
DigCompEdu
Last week we learnt about another tool tech offers us: Mindomo. It is a website easy to be used in classes with which you can create "mindmaps". But not a simple one. In this case, it is a collaborative map. I found super interesting knowing about this website as I consider it can be very useful for our near future as teachers. It allows students to work on the same project as well as to see what their classmates have contributed with. I believe this enables to broaden the knowledge of the scholars since they will not only have in mind their reflections, but also that of others, making the coursework something much more productive and enriching.

In our case, as you can see in the widget on the right, last week we worked on the manual: DigCompEd that is addressed to educators facing the digital era for which digital competences are crucial. These last ones are specifically set out in this manual. They are organized in different levels, from A1 to C2.

DigCompEdu considers six competences areas. Our class was divided into six groups and each member of them worked on a different area then resulting on the map that summarises the manual as a whole.
